General questions regarding Apogee and the recent shutdown of 3D Realms

I have a few questions regarding the shutdown of 3D Realms and the recent revival of Apogee.

1. You've stated that Apogee is completely separate from 3D Realms, but wasn't 3D Realms still a subdivision of Apogee Software despite being a separate company?

2. Will Apogee continue as a developer, and if so, will Apogee house any of 3D Realms' developers?

3. You've stated that the development of Duke Nukem Trilogy hasn't been affected by 3D Realms' shutdown, but what about the development of Duke Nukem Forever?

4. Are you going to publish all of the titles that have previously been released under 3D Realms?

Yes, Apogee Software will make more games. I'm unable to answer questions relating to other companies.

Sounds like you don't know that this Apogee isn't the Apogee associated with 3D Realms. Here's a post by Joe Siegler with detailed information about these two Apogees.

From what I gathered it's the exact same company with staff from the same clique, even if it's technically a new LLC using the characteristics of the old Apogee.

Remember, it was the original Apogee name that got Duke Nukem started. Only the more "recient" DN titles are with 3DRealms. Maybe DNF comes back here?

Regarding 3d-Realms, I did read an article about it. They had some economical problems, literally the economical crisis did hit this company, as result of their shutdown... :/
